You dont even have to be good to rocket. Tracking is on every single one. And the blast radius is just absurd on all of them too

Tracking and proximity would not be allowed but anything else without it is allowed so you have predict where they're going and how long it takes for the rocket to hit.

I guess they could just give everyone a standard rocket launcher. But then that would be taking away from destiny
