I finally got some info about my restriction. I was restricted due to an encounter where i left a trials match. Hers the Thing - I did not leave the match because it was my intention i left the match because my Power went out. - (one might think its a understandable excuse) I received a screen shot of the destiny tracker page where i left the game - which gave me the date and time - i have been on my utility company website a lot recently because i have lost power several times as my area in Kansas set a record high for thunderstorms over last few months. The website can show you the time and date of an outage. - well i wasn't cheating as the date and times match. but bungie doesn't care about that, they just have restricted me - telling me my only option for help is these abusive forums. Where other people just get on here and tell you cheated over and over with no proof. I remember the game because they two players on my team i was with are 2 players i play with often neither got the restriction only me - who not only got the restriction but also didn't get the Win. - i do recal my mercy was not burned - I would of much rather had that happen than had to deal with all this. The destiny tracker shows the game status as a W - because my friends went on to beat the other team 2 v 3 - my one friend who sucks never shuts up about the game - if you wondering how i remember all this - little fat kid who you carry telling you they won with out you gets old but never seems to stop. So bungie if you have employees monitoring these threads - look at this look into what im saying - KCPL ( kansas city power and light) website should give you what you need to see im not lying. Please remove my restriction as i am a paying customer who lost power during ONE game and got restricted. Thought of this - if this can happen would players get a ban if 1. There girlfriend or wife shuts off the xbox ? 2. If your dog or roommate trips over power cord? If so it would seem that your system is a little harsh. Cheaters should be punished but you might need to look more into something before assigning someone that title. Im guessing not one bungie employee with reach out it will just be more random people telling me im a cheater. Unreal.
