Should Skolas Always drop a wolf weapon?
These wolf weapons are pretty lame with sometimes an useless perk to them(Shank Burn). And they might roll Void with chance to suppress captains abilities. Skolas SOMETIMES drops the primaries. Why doesnt he always drop them? Considering these weapons come with a random roll/element to them and arent the best since one perk could be useless. 35 PoE is already tedious and annoying to complete for ONE etheric light and a weapon and armor core (Which are lame). Weapon are armor cores are only good when the weekly things roll good. And the loot box is lame giving you armomr you already have or non elemental primaries.
Skolas should always drop a primary, it seems right. Sure its not as hard as going 9/0 but the whole thing could take its sweet time. And unlike trials, the weapons in PoE are meh. Trials weapons dominate them so at the very least a guaranteed primary drop would be nice.

No point all the weapons are crap! I haven't found one POE gun that's useful

Yes. As long as there are perks like Dreg and shank burn, 1/3 of the weapons he drops will still suck.

I think the whole kinetic variants on the weapons was the dumbest idea..all of the primaries for poe and too should have a burn.

Skolas can't give a weapon drop guarantee because to do so would mean that the weapon core you receive is worthless since Variks never has anything good [spoiler]how weapons are terrible. Hoping for better luck with ttk[/spoiler]

I think it should drop a weapon each kill period. Doesn't have much appeal killing him for other than the three exotics and 3 ships.

once I got a solar aegis of the kell that does bonus damage to all fallen and an arc wolfslayer's claw that suppresses captains and all three exotics, I quit 35 PoE because there's no need to do it.

1 ReplyHaving finished the level 35 PoE last night, yeah, you should get some really nice gear to drop every time. For an etheric light and cores, pretty much a waste of time if you ask me. As hard as it was for me, you should be guaranteed a gally or some other exotic weapon every time.
