But it should be legendary or lower rocket, or have the game provide the rocket, I don't want more nerf Gally or truth complaints

Ya I see what you mean. I just edited it now to have no tracking or proximity rockets allowed but anything else is allowed from exotic, legendary, rare, whatever. There will be Scorch Cannons available for a "Rocketier: to take if they want.
