Guy says he plays skyrim on a 650$ pc, the gpu required to play costs minimum 300-400$ just for GPU then 40-120$ for blue ray, 120-300$ for processor
Then you STILL need RAM and HDD plus monitor and interface devices

Why is a blu Ray needed. Your adding in an expense that's not even required. Just cause the ps has blu Ray doesn't mean it's needed for absolutely anything. PC games are downloadable and normally on normal disks if physical copy is purchased. DVDs work just fine for movies but even that doesn't matter cause the Internet is at the tip of your fingers. Did you actually look up the prices for gpu and cpu parts? I'm guessing no. Especially since I didn't pay that much for my parts and my PC runs skyrim maxed and modded. Are you truly a fool or just completely ignorant. Don't research that's fine. We don't need stupid people like you playing PC games.

My argument was based on HARDWARE INCLUDED IN PS3 vs the SAME hardware on a PC So for the SAME parts in a PS3 you WILL NOT find them in PC under 500$ let alone 300$
