No HoW pulse rifles can roll full auto on the, only TDB and before that. It's like how you can't roll final round on any HoW snipers. Since the Pulse rifles from HoW are some of the best ones ever they made it so no full auto on them.

I had a vanilla pulse rifle with full auto. I dismantled it because pulse rifles sucked back then. I regret it.
