5 RepliesSony is pretty strict on what they allow for PSN IDs, but if it slipped by, you can file a grievance report from that person's profile. In the comments, explain briefly the issue, e.g. "Offensive PSN Gamertag". If it violates Sony's ToS, the account could be banned.

I don't see the need to report a user name. Even if it is "offensive". I'm not offended by somebody else being a bigot or ignorant. I'm not the [i]Politically Correct Police[/i]. Somebody would need to do more than just have a bad user name for me to even consider reporting them.
