Like I said in the title, my sick brother was banned from Crucible for no apparent reason. He does not know how to lag switch or anything like that. He honestly just plays Destiny for fun. He has dysautonomia and Destiny is truly one of the only positive things going for him right now. He can't get out of the house so it's his one social outlet. Is there anything that can be done to get in touch with Bungie about this ban or anything like that? I'm sure there will be a lot of people wanting to claim that he obviously must have done something wrong, that Bungie is absolutely perfect and would never make a mistake. You're wrong. When Bungie bans hundreds, most likely thousands of players at once there are bound to be mistakes. No company could possibly hope to be perfect in this regard. So if you're going to just comment to talk shit I ask that you please just don't. I personally am dumbfounded as to why this has occurred.
