Banned but have proof I dont cheat.
Okay so i know you all are going to start with your waves of negativity but this isnt to you or about you....
I need the attention of a DEV or MOD... Yes i was banned and yes i sound like everyone else and will say i didnt do anything but hear me out.
i have proof i can send in an email to any mods or devs that have the power to uplift my temporary ban.... its a temporary ban but i dont deserve it in the first place... i have had "weasel" error code problems for months now and you can check my post history and comments history... I still get the occuring problem till this day and im sure you guys can look up the error codes im getting. Ive had this problem since TDB came out so dont even start commenting that its me disconnecting on purpose... I have contacted my internet service provider many times about it and they recently replaced my wiring to the telephone pole 2 weeks ago.
once again I HAVE PROOF i have always had internet problems and it is not me disconnected i can send you my convos with the provider that i have had on a monthly basis and i can even send you my bill of technicians who have came out to my house 6 different times or receipts for 4 different modems i have used.....

9 Repliesdatguushi I feel for you. I just got banned too and I have never cheated and people can be bullies all they want but this whole 'guilty until proven innocent' thing is kinda ridiculous. I had my drunk roommates unplug my internet twice mid match last weekend because there was a local concert. I got losses both times its not like it helped me out and here I am banned...

I get the weasel error at least once a day when I'm playing, I don't cheat and have never been banned so obviously something else is going on that bungie is noticing from your account. They say they look at your play over time, not just one time before banning someone. So if you have been banned chances are you(or most) players do know why they were banned but don't want to admit it. I'm sure some innocent players get a ban but I bet the numbers are pretty low compared to the ones that deserve it.

4 RepliesOnly thing is... My speeds are horrible... But I barely ever get error codes. Go red bar for a span every couple o matches (can't hit a Damn thing thanks to it). Worst time I've had is in VoG last week. Disconnected then got reconnected 5 times in an hour (3 really close) Dunno what was up but beetles and anteaters were everywhere, then a baboon ran in... Still, not bad for nearly a year on 4.3mbps.

So let's say this is all true. 1. They clearly state bans are not reversible and will not be looked into. 2. Your bad connection is detrimental to other people's experience whether cheating or not.

God helps those who help themselves. Time to invest in better internet. they said there will not be any uplift of bans or restrictions until you serve your time. lesson well learned and obviously needed in this case... 5 RepliesAll your error codes would be submitted to bungie for review. The error codes did not contribute to your ban. Bad internet could be a cause but most likely not. Backing out of games, playing with someone who was cheating (knowingly or unknowingly), and many other possibilities are more likely the case.

That is not proof. Look, imagine that your connection is a river. The river could be a large calm river, a small stream, a patch of rapids. It is possible to see the difference between abnormal behavior on each of these. You're not being banned because you have a stream or rapids.
