My Character got Deleted
My Question is Simple! Character Missing is it a major issue that bungie gonna take care. If bungie cant able to help on it atleast help us in getting our fraction Ranks. Because i have spent much more time in Bungie and i want to check about my fraction shaders and ships. It take ages to make fraction back again to rank 89.
My Hunter who got Dead Orbit fraction rank 89 gone Missing. (Fraction Ship and 3 shaders)
My Hunter who got Monarchy rank 55 Gone Missing.(Fraction Ship and 3 shaders).
Can Bungie help them in retrieving back atleast.

1 ReplyHello, Sorry to hear about your character. Unfortunately Bungie does not restore any lost items or accounts which were lost. In each instance Bungie has investigated, missing characters have been the result of a manual deletion. To help prevent this from happening, I suggest making a passkey for your account so no one can hack into it.
