I believe that this new Timur's Lash with the new perks could potentially be the best legendary pvp handcannon. If you get: Final Round, Braced Frame (Lower Mag size, more stability) and Luck in the Chamber, you have yourself a handcannon worthy of the "Mini Hawkmoon" title.
