I'm a very average PvPer but, using IB as an example, my K/D has ranged from .7 to 2.5ish but I am usually in the top 3 overall for assists, captures etc. while I've seen players with massive K/D scores who don't help anyone else out. I guess both offensive and support roles are important but I do try and be a more balanced player instead of going gung-ho solo so stick with what you're doing man, people appreciate it!
