Ruin Wings: Heavy Weapon Loader
He who uses Ruin Wings, will most likely be doing so in PvE. And will most likely be using his heavy quite often. So that person would then probably hope for the very rare perk "heavy weapon loader", only to find out it is of course only available on gauntlets.
Why do Ruin Wings NOT have Heavy Weapon Loader if it fits with the exact idea of Ruin Wings? It *could* replace Impact Induction.
If opposed to this, an explanation would be nice.
