Yeah you need to look at the Aussie dollar man. It's going down the toilet, only stands to reason that as the dollar goes down against the greenback that items based on us pricing go up
Explain why all other DLC isn't priced so high ... also, explain why when our dollar was equal to the U.S. dollar, the prices never changed ...
Explain why all other DLC isn't priced so high ... also, explain why when our dollar was equal to the U.S. dollar, the prices never changed ...
I couldn't say exactly, I know that recently the gst was implemented on online orders. And as I just found out, that includes digital sales. So in the future I would expect everything in the Xbox store to be a bit more expensive. (bs I know) In relation to the other dlcs not going up in price, I would say that would be because they were set at a price point in release, and to change the price with fluctuating markets would be impractical and annoy consumers. Long story short, most of it is due to local issues, (not even talking about purchasing power of Aussie dollar vs American ie. 1 us dollar gets you more there than an aussie dollar does here) but of course you can't rule out that other markets get stuff heaps cheaper, and yes. It's very very annoying, not soooooooooooooo much in this case. I would use the fact that most new releases are 60 usd and here they are 100-120. Sorry if that was over the top, marketing is ma thing (not for bungie btw)

Also (sorry completely forgot to mention this) I agree with you totally that the expansion is overpriced. Here and overseas
