[i]Yes I know VoG is outdated and there really isn't a reason for this post, but there's a few things that piss me off when Im playing and I want more people to understand these tips so they may use them[/i] [b]Waking Ruins[/b] Left side is the most challenging sync plate, Middle is the least and Right is the lukewarm challenge Praetorians are the only enemy that can capture sync plates Be sure to kill enemies other than praetorians as well because they add up quickly It is possible to glitch past the door [b]Templars Well[/b] Vex cannot sacrifice to confluxes if they are headless There is only 9 spawn points for enemies to come out of and only 5 places hobs can spawn Most hand canons can one shot Hobgoblins and goblins in their crit spot Oracles are solid objects, beware rockets Failing to destroy all oracles in one round forces you to do that round again and makes the oracles stronger The relic is a solid object, do not try and shoot rockets through it The relic's super does a number to the Templar, if you successfully block enough teleports and are able to get it, dont wait till the shields go up, hit him with it! A secret chest can appear if you can kill the Templar without him teleporting [b]Gorgons Labyrinth [/b] Grenades, shoulder charges, going invisible, double jumping(floating, angel of light, blinking) all attracts gorgons attentions, please do not do this [b]Jump puzzle[/b] Take the right path to go to the vault of glass, take the left to a useless vex time gate You can blink across the puzzle, despite it seeming impossible Please leave the fireteam and join back if you are unable to get across [b]Vault of Glass[/b] After obtaining both relics, have the relic holder's guard the time gates and the other players focus on the regular minotaurs Pushing minotaurs into the portals will indeed have them teleport to the conflu No more calling out mars of venus!!! Look at your minimap, it shows the direction of your other teammates, showing which portal they're in You can shoot rockets out of the relic bubble, but you will probably hit a fellow teammate Atheon can shoot your grenade mid-air so be careful with tripmines When teleported into the future you can avoid the hobgoblins aggro by calmly walking down the stairs, if they're already aggro run in a zig zag motion they'll miss their shots(stairs work for Past as well) There are two strats you can use to kill Atheon, the big bang strat where you nuke him with rockets. Or the snipe strat where you silently snipe him. The big bang strat is a slower and more painful process, the snipe strat is much more effective. [b]Other[/b] In each area of the VoG one Red and white goblin will spawn,(we call them christmas goblins) they have more health than an axis minotaur and do a ton of damage The spirit bloom chest has no effect on what you get from the exotic chest, whatsoever
