I think the One/One Synesthete from the Quartermaster is pretty good and if you can get a good roll - even better. The one that I have one my Hunter - Full auto / high caliber rounds / 3rd eye. I also have one on my Titan and Warlock that has Firefly. The Deadshot Luna SR1 is also a pretty descent scout rifle. (again if you get a good roll - even better) I'm working on a Hygiea Noblesse, but compared to the One/One, I'm finding is lacking and it may end up being moth-balled (if I can find room in my vault)
