Also, explain your choice, and be more specific about the reasoning for your choice.
I realize these are very broad, and even so still have overlapping aspects. But hey, 7 is the max.
Food for thought. Some of these issues have large affects on each other. So maybe if education is a big issue to you, consider whats holding it back.
Edit: I'm proud of the flood for not getting into any massive flame wars over this. Overall generally good comments.

Education The U.S. needs to start modernizing and improving upon the school days. A more educated society usually will fix the other issues (not always). We could always cut some of our Defense funding and put that towards education.
