I would say that exotic primaries are obsolete in PvE because it is better to use raid weapons with elemental burn and just have an icebreaker or ghorn. How often do you see someone using thorn or mida multi tool over fatebringer or VoC? If you choose no please tell why in the comments Edit: no one has come up with a legit reason why they shouldn't have burn Edit 2: people say that elemental exotics would ruin raid/end game weapons but that is false because having an elemental primary would allow for a exotic special or heavy. Not to mention it would ruin the perfect combo of fatebringer, black hammer/icebreaker, and gjallarhorn. Edit 3: more people keep saying that exotics are to easy to obtain and raid weapons are harder therefore they should be better but honestly who even has trouble with CE??? And VoG can usually be done with ease considering the fact that almost everyone is level 34s or at least 30+
