Is field scout still around?
Ive sunk about 200 motes into rerolls trying to get field scout on a her benevolence and a btrd. Is it still available as a perk for either or both? I've gotten casket mag on my btrd but it only adds about 5 bullets. Still no luck on the sniper. Anyone managed to get field scout on HoW weapons?
