This bounty was designed so that it would not only include feats of Crucible strength, but so that it would explore deeper into Osiris and his knowledge of the Vex. Thus the Vault of Glass, and all the "Vex kills" stages were implemented to bring the vanilla game and the modern Crucible events together. The bounty is so lengthy so that this powerful weapon isn't picked up within a day of you receiving your bounty. This bounty will require you to turn in your Stranger's Rifle, given the physical similarities. This would be a perfect way to make an underwhelming reward for completing the vanilla story worth keeping. Now, to go into greater detail on all the steps. Step one is pretty explanatory, go flawless in Trails of Osiris to have a chance of receiving the bounty. Step two through five is about the transformation of the Stranger's Rifle, a pulse rifle, to FoaF, an scout rifle. Step six and seven explain themselves pretty well, win ten Crucible games using the Stranger's Rifle,, and kill Atheon on hard mode once. Step seven should be easy since you would've already completed more difficult things. Step eight, wait for the Disciple of Osiris to finish your weapon. This could take anywhere between a day and a week. After the Disciple has finished the gun you are called back to The Lighthouse, where you will receive the Fate of all Fools.
