And tell me which shotgun or sniper you prefer to use

I use snipers on maps that favor snipers. I use shotguns on maps that favor shotguns. There are more of the latter, so I use shotguns more. Felwinters on 2 characters, Matador on the other. All three have perfect rolls. As far as snipers go, all three have perfect-roll Her Benevolences. I'll use a Final Round Efrideet's during ToO if the other team has one, otherwise I stick with the HB.

Snipe almost everytime. 2 of my characters have more sniper kills than any other weapon.

Over 20,000 crucible kills. Probably higher, haven't checked in agile and out of those only 3 shotgun kills. Sniper is what use and only use

Depends on what the situation calls for. Snipers are good if I'm going to hold back and provide support or I'm leery. Shotguns are good to get up close and personal.

I like sniping more but the maps tend to not allow it that much. Just got queen breakers bow, got a breaker using WoL on burning shrine.

Collectively, I snipe more than I SG. I will pull one out for the CQC maps, though. In PvE, it depends on the situation. I do enjoy running with a shotty against bosses or high health enemies.

I try to snipe as much as possible these days, but if the enemy team slide shotguns me more than 5 times I get pissed and shotgun them right back! Haha. I use shotgun more than snipers cuz thats the state of the meta, but sniping is way more fun and im getting decent at it finally. Lately its been more sniping than shotguns.

In maps such as Cauldron, however, I'll usually shotgun. Also, if I'm sniping and I keep getting killed by shotguns, I sometimes switch to a shotgun if I get fed up with it.
