This is stupid. Legendaries won't be upgradeable. Exotics will be. Do you know the colossal meltdown Xbox players would have if Hawkmoon and Monte Carlo became useless as soon as they became available to them? [spoiler] Think McFly. Think.[/spoiler]

Exactly. This is the way it will work. Why give us the exclusives then not let up upgrade them? It wouldn't happen. I hope legendaries finally bite the dust. Building up a new armory of good weapons would be awesome.

People fail to realize that by Bungie allowing people to upgrade old legendaries, it gave Bungie the right to shortchange us on other things.[spoiler] Like a new raid.[/spoiler]
