Does saint 14 let you survive a shoulder charge? Nope. Does it let you survive 2 thorn headshots? Nope, can saint 14 regen your health on melee (the longest ranged melee) nope.

Yeah but that requires a super, which another super will destroy and you can't take it anywhere with you. Saint 14 is a great exotic, but for the overall passive benefit the Ram gives you it's stupidly OP and needs a serious nerf.

Yes but you would have to get close for it to be OP and you usually die trying besides feedback fence could counteract it

No, it's OP just by having it equipped since it gives an extra 20% armour. The heal is just an added bonus.
