I think this is where destiny went wrong. There is no gear from HoW that is better than what was already available. The Arc 6 dreg hand cannon that dropped from skolas with the same stats as fatebringer except it has a chance to stun fallen captains instead of firefly will in no way get me to put away my fatebringer. It's much easier to start using new weapons if they are better - even a little bit.
