But my point is that they didn't leave you having out to dry without any upgrades they let you upgrade some weapons ie all exotics but the vex so for the new activities you could choose to take one weapon (as you can only equip one exotic) at the new max weapon level into battle with you until you aquires all new weapons at the new strength.
