My solution to blink in pvp only.
Basically once blink is used, special weapons won't ready for 1 second. Let's be honest here, it's too good defensively and even better offensively when used with a shotgun.

I like this idea. But I like having one blink more and lengthening the cool down. That way, you have to be more precise about blinking and think about every engagement you use it.
