Where did you come up with that?... Bungee said 365 is the highest damage available in year 1, nothing about a year 1 weapon cap.

Because those are year one weapons. Year one damage is capped at 365..

Re-read the article, and what I wrote. Nowhere does it say that year 1 weapons are capped at 365. It says the max attack value in year one is 365. It will go up in year 2, and, I presume, year 1 weapons will also be upgradable. Not saying you're wrong, just you have failed to show any basis for your statement. Therefore, I can only conclude, it's an opinion that doesn't hold water.

Bungie said before HoW came out that you'll be able to max the damage for year one.

That's what I've been saying. The highest damage will go in year 1 is 365, the weapons will still be around in year 2. Nothing has been said that they won't be able to increase in damage. I'm sorry you don't seem to be able to understand that.
