If anything the exotics will be up-gradable. Doubt legendaries will be, but who gives a shit.

Regardless, people bitch about stupid shit on the forums. Bungie could give everyone a free Gjallarhorn and people would still complain. Even the ones who didn't have it prior.

Other than BH they didn't touch any of them. I still think even if left at 365 they'll be usable, just not preferred. BH wouldn've been an exception due to infinite ammo so it's possible they felt that was a necessity.
