Edit: And I would just like to mention that the word -blam!- has changed definitions like ten times since the 1800s. It originally meant "an old woman" and was often used as an insult to that group. It has meant "a bundle of sticks" at times and also "a cigarette." You perpetuate the homophobic meaning of that term by taking it in such a manner. Maybe the folks who say it have a hand in that as well, but some times a definition can change, and the word we're talking about here is a prime example of that...
