You can actually see it in the armory in Bungie.net (They seem to have added the gun in the armory a few days ago) I think it's BS since they actually [b]advertised[/b] the gun itself in a HOW Promo

It never came to be. It seems they decided instead to create the 'Vestian Dynasty' sidearm. Go have a look, it carries the same description as the Vestian Destiny had.
