So for a few days now my controllers have been randomly disconnecting even if fully charged, and even when plugged in. The button inputs have also been late and it's made things pretty much unplayable as it's gotten worse every day.
Before you tell me to reset the controller or hit the reset button or disconnect it and reconnect it or do the whole Playstation controller troubleshoot or to put in safe mode. I have done everything. My controllers are -blam!-ed and I feel like it something with the console and not the controller.
Is anyone else having this problem and if you have what did you do to fix it? Thanks it would be much appreciated!
Update - I've done everything I can and I give up.

It's only started tonight for me. Overwatch plays fine, but while playing destiny 2, after 5-15 minutes my controller disconnects and I get disconnected from the destiny server. My internet definitely isn't the issue. The first time this happened I treated it as two separate issues. After turning the PS4 off, resetting my controller with the reset button (behind L2), turning the PS4 back on and reconnecting while attached via USB, everything worked. But this happened a second time, not 20 minutes later, so I'm fairly certain it's not an issue on my end. If anyone could offer a fix, or at least an explanation, that would be greatly appreciated.

Something similar happens to me sometimes. My controller will just start spazzing and make me look around all over the place or I'll pull the trigger 5 times before it does anything.

I think its a connection issue with your controller to your console i had the same problem. Eventually i just bit the bullet and bought a new one, now i have no issues at all. I have no Idea how the problem starts might be related to drops or liquids getting into your controller.

Oh myn too! Fecking mind of their own at min. Playing skirmish yesterday vibration stuck on an it held right I was going round in circles lol had to hit it against the fireplace that helped.

It's definitely the charger cord, same thing happened to me, I bought a new cord and everything worked good as new!

This is scary and enlightening "It worked!! I went through the youtube tutorial http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mP7SXJVLHCc and the ifixit guide https://www.ifixit.com/Teardown/PlayStation+4+Teardown/19493 and I sorted out! The bluetooth antenna cable was not connected!! After removing the power supply unit, it could be seen the cable not plugged at all. After that, everything is working like a charm!! Thanks a lot to everybody that wrote in this post! I wouldnt have solved it without you guys!!"

Edited by kimcheerocket: 7/24/2015 8:27:27 AMI have not had any issues yet. If you live with others (kids especially) ask them if they spilled any liquid around your controller lately.
