Ca you earn rep for the House of Judgement without the DLC?
I'm fairly certain that you need it, but is there a way to earn rep for the House of Judgement without the DLC that I don't know about?

I could be wrong, but I don't see how you can earn it. Aren't you locked out of PoE without the DLC? The only other place I imagine you can earn it is from a couple of those DLC missions when you're hunting the betrayers. And you don't get it from fighting the random Wolf Pack spawns during patrols. So... I'm going to say "no" but I wouldn't be surprise if someone proves me wrong :-)
