Will Sunbreaker Titan be the best subclass in TTK?

The warlock stormcaller has quite a few exotic armor perks available to them in their skill tree, based on that alone I wanna say it's probably the best class. Although I play a titan and I'm really looking forward to a sunspot, ruin wings, surplus, dragons breath build o.O
