They should have a bulletin board in the tower for people to find crew members, IN GAME, instead of let players go to forum to add a hundred friends that won't ever play together again

Allow a chat system and keyboard plug in via the USB slots... Boom... Bulletin board works too.

It definitely needs to be optional matchmaking or a vote to kick system

Which is kind of how it is now. Also I feel like no one will have mics and it will be very hard to coordinate a matchmade team

Well they do claim to have the recovery system not sure how well that works I don't do trials but the no mic thing is why matchmaking should be optional most players don't want to do a raid with someone without a mic no matter how good you are

You don't have to use if you have your own group. People shouldn't have to miss out on content they paid for because you want to solo shit. LFG is bullshit that's full of exclusionary elitists.

Then make your own LFG or recruitment post, problem solved! And you can kick afk people or trolls! No one is being held back from content.
