Full auto doesn't change the RoF for anything except shotguns.

It doesn't. I have a three little words with full auto and without and there is no discernable difference besides a wasted perk slot on one and a much better sight on the other.

The only thing that I would put full auto on is most scout rifles and fast firing pulse-auto rifles. Shotguns are the only weapon where full auto augments the fire rate and it has been tested.

Wouldn't do that. More useful perks could go there and that isn't what hcs are about.

There is only one hand cannon with full auto so that could just be TLW. I would rather pace my shots and make sure I landed them Also, for someone who insults people for using exotic hcs you use them quite a bit.
