No( there is no best) but it is the best addition to it's class. The titan has every base covered with it's subclasses and each subclass does it's job well. None of the other classes have that coverage. People often joke about the Sunbreaker being called midfielder. But that analogy is actually pretty on point considering the roles of the other two subclasses.
