Ill Will shouldn't be under honorable mention. Rolled with Sureshot IS, Luck, smallbore, and Final round it's a Crucible Monster. Please be sure to compensate reload with hand cannon reload gloves and Gunslinger perks. otherwise it could take a little while to reload.
Edit: If you're looking for a good Suros replacement before 2.0.0, I think Trials is selling the Summoner this week. When 2.0.0 drops, I'm betting we will see this gun quite a bit more.

Thanks for the feedback. I haven't heard enough on the gun or gotten to try out the roll so I didn't want to go to risky putting it above honorable mention but if you think its that good then I'll probably raise it. Yeah, the Summoner is going to be great fun! Although it doesn't have the same fire rate and damage because you can't get focused fire on it.
