Technically you cant mod your console/controller or else that would be breaking Destinys, Xboxes, and PSNs rules.
Now I dont know whether a keyboard and mouse qualify as a third party controller, or you have to mod your console to make it compatible.

To my knowledge on ps4 you HAVE to use a mod to use a kb/m. So they are one and the same. Xbox idk idc either.

PS4 was sold with that as a feature, so no it doesn't.
