Hopscotch pilgrim with Third Eye, Braced Frame and Headseeker. Equipped on hunter. Most re-rolls I've ever done for a weapon.

Explain the boneheaded decision to reroll to be identical to the messenger? Also, why are you hard scoping with a pulse? Third eye is such a waste. And it's a 2 burst no matter what. What does the 3 extra points from head seeker do? Nada

I have 3 of each adept and have used it plenty. I just understand what actually works. If your not aware of your surroundings and need a radar while aiming, your awful. And guardians have 200 health. Does 38 per crit. 38x3=114. 41x3=123. And people actually trying to aim for a body shot at first I so it's really working against you. They both need 2 bursts. The messenger is good because it has crazy stats, not because of its perks. I'm just saying the roll is pointless. It's still going to wreck people because the gun itself is good. Feeding frenzy, reactive reload, hidden hand are all better

Head seeker is good because people never stay still, so every now and than missing a head shot and landing a body shot instead doesn't actually penalize you, assuming of course that the next two shots land on the head. 3rd eye is an awesome perk, being able to ADS around a corner or choke point w/o having to worry about being snuck up on. Whereas reactive reload need a kill first, than a reload, you need two perks to make one work, even tho its a two burst headshot anyways. It may be a better roll for a pulse like all-fate. My thoughts.

I have one the same except with rangefinder instead of headseeker and another with rodeo/speed reload/headseeker. Both beasts!
