Won't you be able to kill without final round? It's a crutch perk not helping players improve their skills.

No its just that they're taking my gun and messing with it without my say, it feels frustrating to say the least, especially since I can't reroll this gun to get different perks, im stuck with them......

What are they ruining? They are fixing an exploit.

Not really an exploit in my opinion, more of a perk working like it should. Although people do exploit it, the perk itself is not an exploit. By ruining I mean they are making it useless. I barely use this beast in PvE and mainly use it in crucible.... Btw I don't abuse the perk its just that they're taking the gun I earned and messing with it without my say in it and its.... Frustrating to say the least

I agree and I don't use snipers. One out of 4 or 6 shots is a one shot kill on a body shot. That is reasonable for a sniper rifle. It's a sniper rifle! Big, long bullets flying really fast across the map. It's not a .22 caliber with added powder. Will they take away luck in the chamber and final round for other guns? Will these only count on head shots / precision damage?
