Incorrect, Why would they be doing this new weapon rebalancing so close to the taken king if our weapons will become obselete, Makes no sense...

In a sense all weapons used in crucible don't matter in level because it's all balanced so 365 will do the same amount to etc. Their doing this in order to push the new designs of guns and weapons and kick out the old ones so you can get a.....fresh feel

The majority of the player base is PvE orientated though, I can forsee at least exotics to have upgrade paths for the taken king...

Oh exotics definetly just hope they don't change exotic shards to exotic spheres and make shards useless .-.

Haha you can bet on it, New materials to ascend out gear has came out every DLC, Exotic shards (TDB), Etheric light (HoW) TTK... ?

I doubt legendary gear will be upgradable, because lets be serious here for a minute, letting us upgrade everything we currently have, wuld make new content null and void. Also just because they are doing a weapon blanace does not mean we can upgrade old stuff to TTK stats, because TTK will have new weapons as well.

I'm almost definitely sure exotics will be able to be ascended, The whole xbox community would be furious if we got hawkmoon and it was now obselete. I have a feeling raid weapons will be able to be ascended too, Wasting time to patch what may be an obselete weapon would be ridiculous. Personally I would be happy if everything was left behind for a fresh start excluding hawkmoon since us xbox users don't have it yet..

Oh I agree exotics will be upgraded to TTK stats, because with every single dlc exotics were upgraded in one way or another, the upgrade through Xur was a horrible idea though, making us relevel the gear was so bad lol. Raid gear idk about, since new raid was added, i dont think old raid gear will carry over. You going love the HawkMoon, but it sucks it gets nerfed right before you guys get it.

Yeah I can't be certain about raid gear neither, Quite possibly they will leave it behind (Better for us anyway's and gives the game some freshness). Seriously cannot wait for hawkmoon hopefully it's not difficult to obtain and fingers cross RNG is kind to me. Hawkmoon and new subclasses are what I'm looking forwards to most! The sound of hawkmoon is incredible...

Head shots are so easy with HawkMoon its crazy. It just really sucks you guys get a nerfed version of it on Xbox. That was a mistake on Bungies part, nerfing the Sony exclusive weapons before Xbox had a chance to use them. I expect Xur to sell the Sony exclusive weapons from year one, as soon as the exclusive time period is over.
