I'll quit destiny if I can't keep my fatebring, vision of confluence and favorite guns at upgraded standards.. Holding off buying DLC for now.

Lol you must have never played an mmo game on a pc. This is the way it goes new items get put in to make you back on the grind. Time to move on and chase the newest rocket launcher and best weapons that will come.

Must mean I cherish my time chasing better thing. I enjoyed doing ToO just to get my favorite weapons up. I understand the concept of an MMO and here it is for you: You are never strong enough in an MMO, you constantly grind the same gear to level it up just to fight the same monster with more health.. Killing a lvl 2 dreg to then kill a lvl 34 dreg.. There's your MMO..

Lol Destiny being an MMO. +1 for satire

All fine and dandy but the "newest and greatest" weapons are not as good.thats why we want to hold on to our fatebringers and visions.

Right but Destiny is more of shooter than a MMO. People love their rifles because they practice with them - they become skilled. At a certain point it's more than just numbers. Unlike a typical MMO where you can just trash your old gear for better.
