I submit that some of the most lethal rolls are true pre-roll RNG gifts that can't be obtained anymore. Case in point, any old cannon with Crowd Control - like my original recipe Red Hand IX, with exploders to boot.
My favorite is my Devil you Know with outlaw, send it and 3rd eye. It's just the way cannons are meant to be, lol.

Excellent gun. My Lord High Fixer dropped with Crowd Control, Send it/Perfect Balance, and Clown Cartridge. When clown procs, it goes from 11 to 14 rounds. My first legendary hand cannon. Already ascended.

I concur. I have tdyk with croud control and Zen moment. Its a beast!

Oh Lord, I'd be inclined to kids the screen, ha-ha - but I do believe I'd miss Send it - I think I'd take either!

Its on my hunter if ya want to check it out. Zen moment, send it and cround control. My mate has exactly the same but with explosive rounds

It puts out much more damage than fatebringer but nothing competes with firefly for big groups
