Bungie's continued insistence on a lack of matchmaking for so many of its premier activities is dumb. Dumbdy dumb dumb.

Agree 100% Really has me scratching my head as to why bungie refuses to include matchmaking in so much of their content.

I can think of one of two things. Either: 1) They think so highly of these activities that they'd rather people not participate than have a bad experience with matchmaking. That's dumb on its own and completely forgets that LFG is the replacement and has its own share of weaknesses. 2) They think it's incredibly easy to just wrangle a group together at the drop of a hat. That's certainly not the reality for a good number of people, even those with very healthy friends lists.
