You should also log out of your Destiny App to completely log out. Not just on your console. Otherwise you are still showing as being logged on. So log out of every Bungie account and then just start your console to sign in. That should work. If it does not work, contact Red Bull directly and upload a picture of the can with the code. About a week later you should get a new code which works...
