Colomn 2: (Custom perks) After Battle: Increase movement speed and stability. Sling-Switch: Switching a weapon increases fire-rate and decreases impact for a short time. Light feet: You fall down slightly lighter. Exotic perk: (Custom perk) Giving blood: Shooting a teammate gives that teammate 5% primary ammo for each 2 shots fired at him/her.

[b][i][Who knew[/i][/b] [i]Omolon built the weapon, I made it[/i] Sniper rifle Rate of fire, MAX Impact, MIN Stability, mid way Reload , mid way Magazine 3 Specials: Full auto Who-knew: 3 precision hits increase reload dramatically and increase damage to next target(5 sec cool down) Middle tier would be: iridium core, armour peirceing , high calibre. Basically designed so a full 3 shot burst would kill if all were precision's, and 1 precision would kill a dreg.

                        Harbinger [i]There's a storm on the horizon...[/i] Arc sniper rifle Rate of Fire: 17 Impact: 37 Range: 100 Stability: 26 Reload: 32 Magazine: 5 1st Perk: Spray and Play Upgrade Tree: High Caliber Rounds Fitted Stock Flared Magwell Exotice Perk: Coming Storm Increased reload speed. The final round of the magazine marks an enemy for five seconds, causing this weapon to deal x5 damage to that target. Happy to take suggestions for weapon rebalancing. The top-of-the-line impact and extremely high damage from "Coming Storm" is meant to be evened by the low stability and a reload speed to rival Ill Will. Plus, because only the final round carries the exotic perk, that means you have to reload before actually taking advantage of the perk, giving the target a chance to flee. Because without any perks, the reload for this weapon is probably almost 10 seconds anyway (most snipers have a reload above 50), I put in Spray and Play and Flared Magwell.

[b]First perk:[/b] Hidden hand: Gains better target acquisition. [b]Second perk tree:[/b] Flared magwell: Increases reload speed. Perfect Balance: Increases stability. Field scout: Grants +3 ammo in a magazine. [b]Exotic perk[/b] [b][i]Bloodseeker[/i] The Wraith is on the hunt. Shots disorient players for 1.5 seconds. If the wielder is killed before the effect can finish, the Bloodseeker perk is cancelled.[/b] EDITED: this perk is now only an assitive perk. It does not do damage, but only blinds a player, allowing the wielder to go in for the kill. *What does it look like?* Imagine a six dreg pride, except it is gunmetal grey metallic, with deep cracks with red light and dark steam coming out of them. The bullets leave a red trail behind them. NOTE: This weapon would not be op. The second perk tree forces players to make decisions on whether they want to increase the low stability, the moderate reload, or the small magazine size. It is a balanced gun, and unlike thorn, ensures that people cannot be killed by a postmortem burn. There is also nothing to modify the impact besides scopes, but they would not increase impact. I hope you guys like this! I think it would be a fantastic addition to the game. Edit: Take a look at the Bloodseeker perk. It now fits it name. It blinds a player for 1.5 seconds, the wielder cannot repeatedly fire to stack it, and the wielder needs to be aiming down the sights when firing to activate the perk for that shot, thus rewarding them for hitting the target and stopping users from hip firing in panic mode. The perk is solely an assistive perk, dealing no additional damage, but allowing the wielder to go in for the kill.
