In short, people who post are those whom need the urge to complain... it's rare that people post to praise a weapon, or anything. Consequently, it just seems that Bungie reacts to the community, which collectively (from forums) are primarily complaints about how they can't manage to play a video game. No matter what nerf/buff there is... people will complain because some people are inherently less skilled at moving their fingers on a controller. Bungie... you can't force normalcy in a game so 'everyone' is on the same level... People who complain... just get better at video games.
