For anyone who is simply curious as to whether Dragon Strikes are better than Roc Strikes, they're leagues ahead. Seriously, there is no comparison between the two, Roc Strikes pale in comparison to their new big brother. Factor in that you can receive not only legendary engrams but also legendary weapons and armour pieces in dragon strikes and you've got yourself some worthwhile end game content.
