The reason for the Ice Breaker nerf is just sad.
PvE was totally fine in a "balanced" sort of way besides the fact that Gjallarhorn dominated in most situations... but nerfing the Ice Breaker? Why?
I feel like Bungie went to far with balancing and should not of touched PvE. PvP on the other hand had it coming and is going to be much better now.
The new 8 second wait for ammo in the Ice Breaker to respawn was not at all needed.

7 Repliesmm, why bother with Icebreaker when I could just use the shoot to loot perk and a decent sniper with the surplus perk. Snipe all day, same Icebreaker playstyle, only it doesn't waste so much time, waiting. And on the topic of snipers, extra damage to shanks!? I expect a giant Shank boss in a future strike or raid, otherwise what is the actual point?
