As of now, Spartans would win because we know so much more about there lore and comparing that to the little we know about destiny's it's clear that Spartans would win. However the argument could easily change the more lore we learn about destiny. And for those of you who say "based on what I can do in destiny..." --- gameplay =/= cannon
